Six tools in one table: Page Vault, Pagefreezer, Hunchly, TrueScreen, FAW and ProofSnap. Published prices, licence models and what each one is genuinely best for.
Page Vault pricing
On Demand from $199 per collection, Browser software quote-only on annual contracts, and the page-counting rule that decides whether a plan fits.
Pagefreezer pricing
No published price in six sources. Why a compliance archive is sold that way, and what quote-based procurement costs you in time.
Notary vs digital certification
What a notary can and cannot attest about a web page, sourced costs for Spain and the United States, and why a US federal declaration needs no notary.
Head-to-head comparisons
How these pages are written
Prices come from vendor pricing pages, with the date they were read. Third-party figures are labelled as such. Where a capability could not be confirmed in public documentation, the tables say "not published" rather than asserting it is absent. Every comparison names at least two things the competitor does better.
These pages name competitors, which is lawful comparative advertising in the EU under Directive 2006/114/EC when it is objective, verifiable and not denigrating. We make no claim about the admissibility of any vendor's output. Spot something stale? support@getproofsnap.com and it gets corrected.
