For healthcare professionals licensing in the Gulf

Verification takes weeks. Your own copy takes 24 hours.

You assemble a degree, an internship certificate, a home licence and years of experience letters, then send them into a process you cannot see. In 2026 ProofSnap seals every document you submit, plus the screens that verify them, into one certified package delivered in 24 hours.

Your sealed copy, before any of it leaves your hands

Every file above, hashed and signed, with a qualified timestamp. If a document is questioned, lost or needed again for a second authority, you can show exactly what you submitted and when.

Should you keep your own sealed copy of the documents you send for primary source verification?

Gulf licensing runs on primary source verification. The fee appears only after you choose a package, and the report it produces is tied to the regulator that asked for it. ProofSnap seals every document you submit, plus the screens that verify them, into one certified package in 2026, delivered in 24 hours for $59.99.

Why a sealed copy earns its place

None of this replaces verification. It protects you around it.

The report follows the regulator, not you

A verification report issued for one authority does not automatically count for the next. Moving to a second regulator is a separate step, which is why DataFlow sells a paid report transfer service. Your own documents are the one thing you can hand to anyone, at no extra cost.

Documents get rejected for form, not substance

Applications stall on unreadable scans, mismatched names, missing stamps and letters whose dates do not match the ones you entered. When you have to argue about what you actually sent, a sealed copy with a timestamp ends the argument quickly.

Employers and sources change

Experience letters are verified against employers who reorganise, close or lose the person who signed. A sealed copy of the letter, captured while the source still exists, is the record that survives that.

Every extra entry is billed

Verification is priced by package, plus a charge for each additional document, so a longer document set costs more. Doing it again later costs again, and your own archive is what saves you from having to.

How it works

Best done before you submit anything. It still works afterwards, though a set sealed before submission is the stronger record.

1

Pay and upload

Pay the one-time fee of $59.99 and upload the full set: degree, internship certificate, licence, certificate of good standing, experience letters, and the passport data page if you choose to include it.

2

Add anything verifiable online

University register entries, licence lookups, employer pages and portal screens showing your submission. Send the links while the pages are still live.

3

We capture and seal

We capture those screens with their HTML and network evidence, hash every file, sign the manifest, add a qualified eIDAS timestamp and anchor it in Bitcoin.

4

You get the package

Within 24 hours you receive one signed ZIP holding every document and every capture. Keep it for the second authority, for an appeal, or for the day someone asks what you actually submitted.

Send a passport or identity document only if you want it inside the package. Identifiers you send us for an online lookup are used once, for your package, and deleted after delivery, as set out in our privacy policy.

What is inside the package

One ZIP. Twelve files do the sealing, and every document you submitted sits in files/, built to be checked by a regulator's own technical staff without contacting us.

proofsnap_credentials_2026.zip

files/diploma.pdfyour diploma, byte for byte

files/transcript.pdfyour transcript, unchanged

files/good_standing_letter.pdfand anything else you send, under its own name

files/web_verification_capture.zipthe official verification page, sealed: screenshot, HTML, DNS, TLS, headers, UTC time

provenance_certificate.pdfthe human-readable report

chain_of_custody.jsonevery step, in order

forensic_log.jsontamper-evident hash chain

manifest.jsonSHA-256 of every file

manifest.sigRSA signature over the manifest

publickey.pemthe key needed to check that signature

manifest.json.tsreIDAS qualified timestamp

eidas_validation.jsondata to validate it years later

manifest.json.otsBitcoin anchor

verification/verify.shoffline check on macOS and Linux

verification/verify.ps1the same check on Windows

verification/VERIFICATION_GUIDE.txthow to run it, in plain language

The package carries both timestamps. Everything you send sits in files/, under its own name, so a package with more documents simply contains more files.

The capture of the official screen travels as its own sealed package inside the ZIP, with its own manifest and chain of custody. Two independent layers, no clashing file names, and each layer can be checked on its own.

Every document you submitted, preserved unchanged

Captures of register entries, licence lookups and portal screens, with the HTML behind them

DNS, TLS and HTTP headers recording which server answered when the page was captured

A SHA-256 manifest signed with a per-package RSA key

A qualified eIDAS timestamp. In proceedings in the European Union and the EEA, Article 41(2) of the eIDAS Regulation presumes such a timestamp shows the correct date and time and that the data has not changed since

A Bitcoin OpenTimestamps anchor, independent of us

4Bitcoin anchor present, deep check with the ots client

The qualified timestamp is issued by Disig a.s., whose timestamping service is listed as qualified on the EU Trusted List. Outside the EU that presumption carries no automatic weight. What travels is the cryptography, which anyone can check.

What this is, stated plainly

Four things the package proves, each of them checkable by the person you send it to.

That every document in the package existed in exactly this form no later than the timestamp

That the register or portal screens showed this content, on this date, from these domains

That nothing has been altered since sealing, down to a single byte

That any regulator, employer or lawyer can verify it offline, without an account

What Gulf licensing paperwork costs in 2026

The verification itself is unavoidable. The part you can control is whether you end up with your own record of it.

Route Published price What it gives you
Primary source verification, Gulf authority quoted in the portal Required for licensing. The provider states that the fee depends on the package and on the number of documents, and is shown once the package is chosen.
Additional employer entries charged per extra document Documents beyond what your chosen package covers are billed separately, at the rate shown in the portal.
Report transfer to another regulator paid service Moves an existing verified report to a second authority instead of starting again.
Attested and legalised paper copies priced per document by the provider Physical legalisation, by post, per document.
ProofSnap certified package $59.99 Your full submission set, sealed, dated and verifiable offline by anyone you send it to.

Prices are the providers' published figures, checked in September 2026. Each route answers a different question. This one answers the question about your own documents: what you hold, unchanged, proved as of a date you can point to.

Licensing paperwork, answered

The extension

Would you rather do it yourself?

The extension does the same job on your own machine: certify the documents locally and capture the register and portal screens yourself, as often as the process demands.

The ProofSnap side panel with the File Certifier open

The side panel holds the File Certifier, the evidence language and the qualified timestamp toggle.

File Certification in the extension

Drop your diploma, transcript and any completion letters into the panel and seal them in one package: SHA-256 for every file, a signed manifest, a chain of custody document and a report PDF. One by one, or all of them in a single combined package.

How File Certification works

Add an eIDAS SnapPack

A qualified electronic timestamp bound to your sealed package, issued by Disig a.s., whose timestamping service is listed as qualified on the EU Trusted List. Under Article 41(2) of the eIDAS Regulation it enjoys, in proceedings in the European Union and the EEA, the presumption of the accuracy of the date and time it indicates and of the integrity of the data it is bound to.
