Yes. Company plan seats are assigned by email address, with no shared-domain requirement. The licensee creates a free ProofSnap account using any email they like, and you add that email from your Company dashboard. They consume one seat for as long as they hold it.
No. The licensee uses a seat under your Company plan — you pay, they capture. You control the roster from your dashboard: add a seat when a licensee needs to report, then remove it afterward to free the license for the next one. Note that each ProofSnap account can belong to only one company at a time.
No. The licensee captures their own screen, so you never need a login to their analytics account. You receive only the resulting evidence package and confirm its integrity yourself with the free Trust Verifier — the capture is self-verifiable and does not depend on trusting the licensee.
No. Each capture is hashed with SHA-256 and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain at the moment it is taken. Any later change to the screenshot, the page HTML, or a reported figure changes the hash and fails verification.
